Epoch w/ John Heckle

After having a whopping time at Dimensions Festival in Croatia last August, we’re delighted to be involved again for 2016. With the second wave of artist announcements just released, it’s gearing up to be one of Europe’s top festivals once again, and one that we hope you’ll hop on a plane to join us at.

With crews coming from Dublin and Cork through Bodytonic and Sunday Times, as well all the other sun seekers nationwide, the Irish contingent looks to be strong this year yet again at Fort Punta Christo, one of the most alluring of festival sites imaginable. For our contribution to the launch party series we’ve decided to bring John Heckle to Factory for a jacking night of House and Techno.

Most of you will know of John Heckle at this stage. Since we’ve last had him over his profile both as a DJ and live artist has continued to steadily rise, reflected by recent and upcoming jaunts to the likes of Stattbad, Corsica Studios, Rex Club, Studio 80, Berghain/Panoramabar, and an appearance at the last ever Bloc Festival. His recent release on Hieroglyphic Being’s ever-supreme Mathematics Recordings, “Trema” is one of his strongest to date, oozing every ounce of soul from the machines from first track to last.

Enough of all that, the man’s a don behind a set of turntables and we all know it, so come along on Saturday April 16th for guaranteed killer music. Keep an eye out here for guestlist, drinks, and vinyl giveaways as part of the Dimensions promo. Give the event a share in the mean time if you feel like doing us a turn.

Also, if anyone’s around the Sunday, Epoch are going to take over the Garden. Make a weekend out of it.
